    Katsuragi Junmai Daiginjo

    Only special Grade A Yamada Nishiki rice is polished down to 35% and brewed in extremely small batches by skilled Nanbu artisans. It is extremely well balanced “rich” and “light.” Its silky texture and elegant fruity aroma leave a lasting impression.

    BizenOmachi Junmai Daiginjo

    Very rare sake rice” Bizen Omachi” is polished down to 40% and brewed in small batches. Its fruity fragrance of apple and melon, subtle acidity and silky texture gives a harmonious impression.

    Kobai is Umenoyado’s signature Junmai Ginjo sake. All five basic tastes are well balanced. It is versatile sake and enjoyed at any temperature. Kobai is crisp and refreshing when chilled and turns soft and hearty when warmed.

    Aragoshi Umeshu

    “Aragoshi” means to “roughly mashed.” In order to capture the entire flavor, plum fruits are pureed into the matured umeshu. It retains the natural pulps in umeshu which gives pleasant nigori-like texture.

    Plenty of natural yuzu citrus is squeezed, and its juice is added into sake. It is not so sweet as to overpower the natural acidity of the yuzu, but it is sweet enough to be moreish. It is elegantly sweet and refreshingly tart.
