Since our 1893 founding in Nara, the birthplace of sake, we at Umenoyado Brewery have worked daily to make our products, based on our aspiration to create a new sake culture.
Umenoyado has always taken on the challenge of pursuing joy while seeking the delicious taste of sake.
Initiatives based on the traditional techniques we have accumulated by making sake that we want to share so the younger generation can understand the appeal of sake.
This is exemplified by our sake-based liqueurs that are beloved by so many, the Umenoyado Aragoshi series.
Drawing on the traditional techniques we have developed over many years, we are changing our products and services to those that match the values of the era. It is our fervent wish that the surprises and excitement these challenges generate will thrill the world.
