An extravagant umeshu made even richer than our standard Umenoyado no Umeshu. Domestic ume plums, both green and ripe, are steeped in Umenoyado’s sake. Each sip fills the mouth with the refreshing aroma of ume plums, with the elegant taste one associates with sake lingering as afternotes. With its rich plum aroma and taste, and higher alcohol content, it is best enjoyed on the rocks, with soda, with water, or in many other ways.
